The aim of Super Nature, ultimately is to help you find and walk your most joyful, fulfilling path. To help you find relaxation and release, and to empower and inspire. We offer many tools that can help you through the challenges of life, and navigate them with a greater ease and grace. To assist you in working through any past experiences that are holding you back from living your potential in the present.
By tuning into our own Super Nature, and enhancing our journeys with assistance from the Super Nature around us, we can feel a greater sense of connection in our lives, enhanced intuition, more balance in our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, feel a deeper sense of security and comfort in our place in the world, be supported in making positive changes that improve our own lives and that of the community around us. We can strengthen our resilience, and recover with a gentle grace from the traumas life can throw at us. Super Nature can help us to move into living with our hearts, opening ourselves to deeper levels of compassion, kindness and understanding towards ourselves and those we share our lives with.

Studio Super Nature
A portal to nature in the middle of industrial Manchester, Super Nature's home is a beautiful, nature infused, healing studio, based at AWOL studios in Hope Mill, Ancoats. Just 10 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station, a couple of minutes from New Islington Tram Stop, and with free parking for Super Nature customers, studio Super Nature sits in an ideal location. Visit for a healing therapy, meditation class, essence consultation, a retreat experience or one of our beautiful, transformative events.
Super Nature Essences
Super Nature Vibrational Essences are co-created with nature, to bring beautiful, healing, transformative energies into your energy system and life. They aim to get to the core of the energy you wish to introduce, inviting these powerful vibrations into your body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
Created in nature, often within powerful sacred sites, these essences combine the energies of trees, plants, flowers, the environment, and the moment itself. Sometimes created in a moment, sometimes on a pilgrimage, each essence has a beautifully balanced energy, created to work uniquely with each individual, whatever stage they are on their journey.
Super Nature Therapies
In the beautiful space of Studio Super Nature you can experience one of our healing holistic therapies. Visit the Therapies page for detailed descriptions and to choose one of our restorative offerings.
With our longer in-person therapy sessions, after a consultation, together we will craft a bespoke flower and vibrational essence bottle for you to take away. This is included in the price (Online essence bottle worth £25). The combination of a holistic therapy, with the ongoing energetic support of an essence, and take away healing practices, are a gentle yet powerful catalyst for positive change
Flower and Vibrational Essences
Flower and Vibrational Essences are at the heart of Super Nature, and incorporated into all we do. Bringing the healing energies of nature to you whenever, and wherever you are. The essences are weaved into therapy sessions, meditations and events, helping you bathe in enhancing energetic, Super Nature vibrations that support your experience, whilst being in the middle of Manchester! We offer a personal bespoke essence creation service both in person and online, to provide you with the optimal support for you, your life and your journey.
Meditation, Retreats and Events
Super Nature is home to meditation classes, events and workshops, and individual and group retreats. These will offer opportunities to deepen into your Super Nature, both inside and out.
